We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible items for a full refund.

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Item is in original, unused condition — not opened, installed, or configured.
- Item is in its original packaging with all included accessories, cables, power adapters, documentation, and warranty cards.
- Item is free from physical damage not caused by manufacturing defects.
- Accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number obtained from our support team.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products returned after the 30-day return window.
- Items that have been opened, installed, configured, or registered with the manufacturer.
- Products with missing components, accessories, or original packaging.
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation.
- Clearance or final sale items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Digital products, software licenses, and downloadable content.
- Gift cards.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement at no charge to you. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the damaged item.
Please photograph the damage before returning the item. This helps us process your claim quickly and improve our packaging.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team via email at support@connectsphere.online or by phone at 818-659-5108. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Receive your RMA number. Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number within 1–2 business days. Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused or delayed.

Pack and ship the item. Securely pack the product in its original packaging. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship to the address provided by our support team. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — ConnectSphere is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

We inspect and process. Once we receive your return, we inspect the item within 2–3 business days and notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Receive your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
- Change of Mind Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $100.
- Defective or Wrong Item: ConnectSphere will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Original Shipping Costs: Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns (unless the entire order qualifies for free shipping and the return is due to our error).
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Item is returned with missing accessories or documentation (a deduction equal to the replacement cost of the missing items).
- Item shows signs of use, installation, or configuration.
- Original packaging is damaged or missing.
7. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures the fastest turnaround time for you.
8. Warranty Claims
ConnectSphere products carry a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are separate from our return policy and are handled by our support team. If your product develops a defect after the 30-day return window, please contact us at support@connectsphere.online to initiate a warranty claim.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@connectsphere.online or 818-659-5108 with your order number. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
