ConnectSphere offers free standard shipping on all US orders over $99. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–8 business days of shipment.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on a business day are typically shipped the same day.

During peak periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday season), processing times may extend to 3–4 business days. We will notify you by email if your order is experiencing a significant delay.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment β€” not from the date the order is placed. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

You can also track your order at any time by logging into your ConnectSphere account and viewing your order history. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours after shipment to become active on the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. ConnectSphere is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, contact us at support@connectsphere.online immediately β€” changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.

We ship to street addresses and PO Boxes throughout the contiguous United States. Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) are also accepted via USPS with standard rates and extended delivery times of 2–4 weeks.

Important: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by their country's customs authority. ConnectSphere does not collect or pre-pay these charges. Failure to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs.

International orders may be subject to customs inspections which can add 5–10 business days to delivery. ConnectSphere is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows a package as "delivered" but you have not received it:

ConnectSphere is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend adding shipping insurance for high-value orders, which is available at checkout.
